We did this at work last night using Teams but Zoom would work as well. It actually worked rather well but we were only 7 or 8. Could be tough in a bigger group but I think we are going to do it more as it helps a little
My Mrs is hoping to organise video group to replace the face to face one she runs weekly with 'healthy minds'
