It's quite nice in Newcastle today, all ark building has been put on hold.
Will be using the slab at Gisburn Forest as a slipway to launch mine on Wed night. I think the water level may have reached there by then. 🙁

I'm a bit perplexed by all this ark talk......been pretty dry here (near Derby) since the April drought, Carsington reservoir is the lowest I've seen it in 10 years, think I've had 1 muddy ride since March, just unrelentingly dry and dusty riding round here this summer.
It's been hell, I tell you.... 😀

**** that, i've been up there enough times in crap weather, this qualifies me a place in the warming bosom of the Bank top tap instead of night rides when the weather is crap. 😆
