Made French Onion the other week but used sherry not Port with bug croûtons rubbed with garlic & topped with Gruyère Cheese then melted under the grill, Just had a bacon and Dolcelatte & fig chutney toastie yum!

i made a load of chocolate and orange mousse (recipe off bikeradar a bit ago, using silken tofu so it's low fat, high protein and full of vitamins and good stuff) but i need something savoury. i'm a savoury lad.

heel yeah, pheasant and partridge pie in the oven, sweetcorn cookies just cooling, gonna crack on with a parsnip soup next....mmm food
