[Closed] Anyone been to a concert at the Etihad?

I walked in with a big packet of Jelly Babies in my jacket pocket and didnt get checked.

They were stopping a searching bags though so I should imagine you'd struggle if you wanted to try and bring a full picnic hamper in!

This was at Coldplay 2 weeks ago.

I went to Coldplay too. They thoroughly checked my bag, and in doing so completely overlooked my jacket which contained a three course meal for two distributed liberally about its pockets.

Incidentally,

Parking is a complete pain in the plums and public transport is bobbins. Get there early if you're driving, and try to park of a side street a couple of blocks away.
