No.1 son will be in the under 15 boys representing the London borough we live in. Trails were tough this year 5k in under 21mins. Power of ASD/ADHD !

I’m not running it (I ran Brighton 2 weeks ago ) but have a few friends that are.
I’m tempted to go and watch.
