Hi, we're a small business and looking to buy office space/warehouse etc in London but never done it before and hitting a brick wall quite quickly. Anyone offer a few points of guidance pls ... thanks

Depending where you are, there's not actually much for sale in many areas. As with all things commercial, talk to a Professional commercial Agent or three for their thoughts.
