In short, I work in construction - about to start work on a very constricted site with a vacant plot of development land next door.
This would make an ideal site compound/storage yard. after enquiring with the owner he wants us to make an offer for renting it - what's the going rate for a scruffy bit of land on a residential street in Southport?
Don't know where to start!
