The other thread is unpleasant so, meanwhile, in Cornwall.
Lord Wilson, the American Bulldog becomes a Lord.

Meet Mr Wilson, who might very well be the only dog in the UK to have ever been officially given a Lordship.

That’s right, in order to help the eight year old American Bulldog find a new forever home, St Francis Home for Animals helped him to claim the dignitary title.

Now referred to by his official title of Lord Wilson, the pooch has been presented with a Lordship certificate, his own coats of arms and he even now owns a small part of the 90 acre Hougun Manor Estate, a beautiful and historic estate on Coniston Water, Cumbria.

I asked Karen her thoughts but she just keeps demanding to speak to someone more senior.

Commoner Tetley whippet tugs his forelock (while growling under his breath).

We wouldn't call Harold an angel, despite the halo.

Our cat is Charles the Second. My wife had a previous cat called Charlie and this one was called Charlie when we got him. So Charles II obviously.

The staff at the vets give his full title when calling him in at appointments.
