Planning a trip to Annecy in France with wife and 2 year old.
Anyone got any experiences or campsite reccomendations?

There is a very good YHA just up the hill from the lake - google them and ring them for a recommendation. They may have a family room or can recommend a campsite. Ive stayed there many times - very good.

Book early, I have heard it gets very busy near the lake during the holiday periods.

The municipal camping up the rather steep hill close to the church is very good. Really friendly & a good price.
The bonus is also that you can get into town easily without suffering the summer queues [if you go in summer :-)]
