I was listening to a 90’s mix today and this came on featuring some peacock calls at the start. What other songs feature animal calls ... could be good for a pub quiz.

Lioness Eye by Xavier Rudd has lots of bird calls in it. Think other tracks off the Spirit Bird album do too.

Wheat Kings by the Tragically Hip. I love the whole song, but the loons at the beginning just make it.

Also Kuka Shaker. Not heard about them for years then twice in a week, I thought 2021 couldn't get any worse.

Does it count if the artist is making the animal (bird) calls:

Lene Lovich ‘Bird Song:

Following on with the ‘Orb’ trip there are horse-hoofen to be heard clopping through FFWD’s ‘Lucky Saddle’:

“Songs Of The Humpback Whale” - I’ve got an original vinyl copy.
Thanks for the “Cloaked By Ravens Wings” track, I love ravens, kind of my totem bird, there’s a pair that hand around where I work, I always know when they’re about because of the croaking call, although I’ve heard them making other sounds; they’ve got something like 120 different vocalisations, apparently. The EP is now on my phone. I’ll be checking out more of their music as well.
