My left eye is seeing blurry/double; it is inconsistent.
sometimes blinking improves it momentarily, so feels like it's at the level of the cornea, not deeper in.
this has been going on for perhaps a month, but very mildly to start with.
last couple of days more marked.
about 2 weeks ago i had an eye infection during a flu. just gunky stuff in the morning.
rinsed out with eye-wash (boric acid kind common here in france) and it went in a day or 2.
so hopefully just an infection, and not of a potentially serious kind. not sure if eye doctors are open and hardly a time to go trying to get appointments, unless serious.
Best help, find out who your local MECS opticians are, and give them a call and they should be able to give you best advice,what area of the country are you?

Check your blood pressure/ get checked for diabetes. Both can have an impact on your eyes. Get and get your eyes checked out even if your normal vision is good - distance/ close up etc.
