I fancy listening to some podcasts, never really done it before other than downloading manually into a media player.ย Rather than me trawling through a brazillion different app choices, does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

I'm using podcast addict, seems ok to me but I've not tried anything else. I found the interface took a bit of getting used to but after a while tend to know where stuff is

Thanks to this thread Iย tried Podcast Republic. I've been struggling with Stitcher for months, it's dog slow, frustrating and eats memory.

In contrast PR seems slick, speedy and swapping freed up a ton of memory. Fantastic.

STW improves my life once more.

A massive thumbs down for stitcher.

Podcast Addict here, I haven't tried many others but happily went for the paid for version in pretty short order.
