Quite often if I'm not on WiFi and want to listen to a song apple music says it's not downloaded. It is downloaded as I'm listening only to downloaded music.
If I turn my phone off and on it usually finds the song. My music is downloaded to a memory card.
On checking my storage is says "card not inserted" but is there as portable storage.
Is apple music looking for the song on a card that isn't according to my phone fitted?
Should I configure my card as internal storage?
