The Christmas Ham, cooked twice and marinated (twice) in a mustard, honey and St Lucian rum glaze, has had some slices cut into appropriate sizes and served with Crackers and a pint of Old Speckled Hen.

It was Chairman's Reserve indeed. Maybe a bit upmarket to use as a glaze, but hey its Christmas!
