I have a ton of revision to do today so I'm using my time trying to think of an alternate word for 'jet lag'. So far we have:

Temporal sleep disturbance

I thought of BAngover, because you often end up flying BA and it's like having a hangover, but then I realised that's a bit rubbish

I don't do to badly for jetlag, as I adjust my watch to whatever the time is where I'm landing and drink either coffee or whisky as appropriate.
