I haven't read the book and it's written by Alan Cochrane so am pretty unlikley to but the reviews are absolutely brilliant

The story features an incredibly brave protagonist called Alan Cochrane who is really awesome and cool and has loads of girlfriends and not at all a weasel worded, drivel spouting ego maniac.

It certainly has a catchy title 😀 I don't read many books and wouldn't pay £15 though

@piemonster, I am dissapointed you didn't name check me, I hate him the most but I am too busy ranting about everything else to comment as often 😉

Damn. I have been outed..... 😉

Actually no need to spend £15, it's all in the Torygraph

Those nats do get wonderfully wound up don't they - the reviews are hilarious.

The book was unnecessary, AS was his own downfall. We all deserved so much better!!!

The first review is hilarious, since I just looked at the first three pages of reviews, could somebody direct me to the "wonderfully wound up Nats" that THM alludes to? I found some garbled one on page three with a broken link to WoS,but that was it.
A not at all wound up Nat.

Are you sure slippery Salmond has gone though?

Balance of power anyone?

Mmmm... strangely familiar

The similarity is intentional.

I was given a signed copy for Christmas by a No-voting friend 😉

That Spike Milligan book is seriously one of the funniest things ever written. If you haven't read it, do so now.

@BigButSlimmer - excellent reposte, well played ... I see it as being selective 😉 , just reading Hacked Off and have Dial M for Murdoch with The Narrow Road to the Deep North to squeeze in too. That's about a years worth for me (optimistic)
