Has anyone tried the Audi body fat scales? I saw the 2009 posts on this forum but no seemed to say whether they are any good. They're in the shop now. I thought £12.99 was worth a punt.
Any reviews?

They work fine as scales but I've absolutely no idea if the body fat stuff is accurate.

I bought some from Aldi when I lived in Stuttgart so they must be at least 17 years old now. Use them almost every day and still on same battery. Weight is accurate, never really used the body fat check function.

Body fat scales are useless at measuring body fat. I used to lift pretty seriously and was around 200lbs estimated 5% body fat and it had me at about 25% body fat due to my weight. You get a better estimate with calipers
