Any recommendations, needs to be light weight?

If you want cheap then a CCF mat like a Karrimat or Thermarest RidgeRest.
If you want a bit of comfort but not bothered about winter or cold/cool weather camping then something like the Alpkit Numo.
If you want the comfort and insulation then either Exped Synmat or Thermarest NeoAir. Note that unlike sleeping bags which actually have an upper usable temperature a winter rated mat is fine for use in summer.
All the above are sub 500g.
