Seems it's all about right-way-up Aeropressing again!

Alright, leave the water alone ffs!

Coincidentally, I've been right-way-up Aeropressing recently after years of upside down...for no other reason than I fancied a change. It just seems to drip-filter through with me...little or no pressing required, which seems to defeat the object.

Water at 78? seems a little on the cool side and lower than I've tried in the past, but I'll give it a whirl.

I thought that too. I need to get a kettle that heats to 80 degrees rather than the 'boil n'cool' technique I'm using at the moment.

I've got a sage/Heston kettle that does 80-100 in 5 degree increments. Nice, if a little pricey...well made though.
