MegaSack DRAW - This year's winner is user - rgwb
We will be in touch
Just got a new SIM only mobile contract with internet allowance so thinking about finally embracing modern technology and retiring the old nokia.
SO I'm after something with half decent internet browsing, easy to use qwerty keyboard & GPS & satnav capability. Must be fairly robust and be able to take a few knocks and must be under £100 second hand. Nokia E71 seemed to tick most boxes but maybe I'm better without the keypad and a touch screen instead?
Any advice on other models to look at?
Dave
HTC wildfire is pretty god damn good in my opinion.
Cheap touchscreens are dreadful, not sure what you'd get for £100.
You can probably pick up a TyTN II for about 30 quid these days, ticks all those boxes.
Some good paygo androids around. Pulse is a good phone but will be locked to T-mobile.
HTC Tattoo is good, probably cheap second hand and was on many networks.
TYTN II is good but OS is very old by today standards.
