I’ve got several cracks on my concrete drive which I chiselled out last summer and filled with a concrete patch mix, but this has since broken up.

Any other solutions? I’ve also read about using a resin to fill cracks which sounds a better long term solution.

Depends on why the concrete is cracking. If the sub base isn't very good and the drive is moving and hence the cracks are opening up then resin won't be any better.

You're confusing them with the McRackins, but Phil's still the one.

I've had some good success using SBR. You mix up a slurry of SBR and cement and brush that into the crack to wet it. Then mix up some standard sand/cement mortar (strong mix, 3:1) with a healthy glug of SBR in it and smooth that into the small holes or a concrete mix with SBR for the bigger ones. But, as above, if the whole thing is moving it won't hold it together. It will fill the holes if the slab is stable, though

Concrete slabs require expansion joints to accommodate movement and stop cracking. These are basically mastic joints built into the slab when it's poured.

Sounds like you don't have This, so the slab is forming it's own. In which case use a suitable mastic joint filler.
