For those in the know what would you add or replace?

Also does anyone have any references for alternative models? I've got some ideas, but I thought I'd try the power of STW too.
Ta
Belbins.?
yup, second for Belbin.
Depending on what you want to achieve, you may consider HBDI or Wilson social styles as alternatives.
Kev
Is Belbin not more about team roles than mgt functions though?
And HBDI about learning types?
Ill have a look at Wilson - thanks
Belbin and MBTI have been useful to me over several years. We helped get some teams quite lot better using either / both.
Belbin is team roles, you are right, but HBDI can be very powerful for people of all levels to understand how they best shape their interactions with others.
Best leadership model I have used is Hersey and Blanchards Situational Leadership.
Depends what you wnat ot achieve though, as technically even "situational leadership" is only one style.
What you trying to do with it?
Masters & Johnson
some excellent video tutorials on the web
Rivetin' thread. ๐
It's been a while, but Myers Briggs?
We didn't win the war with this twaddle, but have destroyed industry with it.
Destroyed? Or cunningly created a whole new industry in its place? ๐
I need a framework to use as a checklist of management / leadership functions.
Mintzberg will work with a few additions.
Ill have a look at the other suggestions - thanks.
