Given all the anger about SOPA, I'm surprised to see so little mention of this and nothing on here. The UK signed up to this yesterday. Online censorship here we go? Or is it not something to worry about?

...not just on here. News channels seem to be a bit quiet as well. I know it is yet to be ratified, but still a dangerous development in relation to handing power over EU citizens to US corporations.
The fact a lot of it has been done with no public oversight at all is scandalous.
