Giving Whinlatter a bash tomorrow - any ideas for good accommodation? Ideally pub (for footy watching) but failing good option for that we'd be OK in Keswick.
Just need a room for the Thursday night.

Rode it last week and remember driving past the Royal Oak in the village just before the start off Whinlatter pass.
Lots of BnB's in Keswick to choose from that are bike friendly and plenty of pubs that will be worth a trip out. If not head over to Cockermouth on the other side of the pass. Some pub/hotels there and plenty of pubs showing the game I imagine
