Watched this last night, Nowt new but if you like 'the old trio' you know what to expect. Thought it was very good, loved the MFB (As did Clarkson its on his farm now)

It's half an hour of quality entertainment, trouble is the show was an hour and a half! Actually I quite enjoyed it, and the Bentley was awesome. I was worried after Seamen they had fallen out with James May as they hardly spoke to him but seemed to be getting on again.

I tried to spot what the crew were driving, Landcruisers? I'm pretty sure the chartered ferry had the entire crew you can see how many people are involved, I'd like some behind the scenes footage like they do on some of nature shows.

Nah, not great. I used to enjoy them but found it a bit dull and predictable, I feel they have run their course hence GT is no more and they are resorting to one off ‘specials’. Could be so much better but just same old....

I enjoyed the EU = Brilliant, non-EU = wasteland gag. As above, more of the same, but it was a decent brain out bit of telly.

Shame the auto repair truck didn't have a replacement clutch...
It was entertainment, totally predictable but entertaining.

Making a big deal of riding along roads in heavily modified vehicles while surrounded with standard cars and pickups that drive along it all the time (see the types of vehicles in the queue that hammond caused)
This show is okay to have on in the background while I am working and that is about it so good for that purpose.

Well my soon to be 12yo found it funny.

The writers need to look a bit more at Gordon Gino & Fred, a show that seems to have the level of ****wittery vs informative content bang on as comedy entertainment IMO.

It's brain out entertainment with some funny interactions between the three. The kill switch gag had me snorting tea. A bit formulaic, but if you weren't expecting that by now then where have you been?

I actually quite enjoyed it, maybe 10-15 minutes too long if I was being picky.

I did laugh at May's plight getting spattered in effluent while Clarkson turn his Aircon up 1 degree, but what an advert for caterham!

And that French ring road in the sea! Awesome engineering

I can't believe Jeremy Clarkson is only 60.

That is what drinking and smoking do to you. A lot of people like him don't make it to 60.

A real shame but it was the dullest one so far, what might have looked good on paper just didn't work, the whole pirate theme was just nonsense.

With all the shite that's going on outside at the moment, I quite enjoyed it as 90 min of brain off telly. Nothing new, original or classic, but better for the soul than watching Bozo, Matt C**k-in-hand and the Wicked Witch of the North bluffing their way through their latest cock-ups.

A windsurfer I used to work with was doing in a degree in hospitality related studies. He had to work in the industry for a while so he ended up working for one of his Dad's mates at hotel on Reunion.
His view was it was THE extreme sport paradise with everything turned up to 15.
The surf he rated as awesome and lethal in equal parts.
I'd loved to have visited it.

Brain off telly, got frustrated by the noise enhancement of the bangs and crashes of the cars in the road. Kept reminding me how constructed it all is. Maybe I should have taken more brain out.

Twenty (and a bit) years ago i went from the bottom of that island to the top of it on a mountain bike.

I am, as far as i know, one of only two people who have ever done that.

The frame of that bike is still in my shed.

It killed a little time but sad as it is for me to say it, they’ve had their time.
