Needs to be small and reasonably light, Windows 10, decent battery life and quick enough to deal with Office, interwebz and watching music/streaming music.
15.6" screens are out of the question,too big, too heavy. Looking at 14" max, 11" min.
Ideally minimum Intel i3, ssd, disk drive not important.
Any recommendations?

My 2 daughters have just gone to uni. I got them a Lenovo...best build quality. I got an i5 with big ssd and windows 10. They are 14" and ace. Kids love them.
