I’m in. Managed to drop from 86.2kg last new year to 76.4kg by March.
Now up to 84.1kg. I’d already committed to dropping some weight, this will help spur me on.

Joined the last 3 (maybe 4) of these and always limped out after 3rd or 4th week. Determined to stick with it this time, not just for vanity but I really need to for the sake of my health!

Failed last one. Got down a bit but then got injured and no riding and piled it on. Must try harder

I'm in.
A few of us including myself had altered the last spreadsheet in anticipation of the weigh in later this week.
New spreadsheet is much better. 👍

slow start on the last one, but managed to shift some chub to the end. Was careful over xmas (for once) so hopefully can keep on track.

Also has the double benefit that the end date is my Mum's birthday so will be a count down to remind me to get a pressie & card!

Just stood on scales for the first time in a couple of months. Holy ****!

I used to be a stone over a realistic weight, now it's two stone 😱

I’m in. This worked quite well for me this time last year but weight drifted back up again through the year.
I may have accidentally edited the spreadsheet and removed a couple of names. Sorry

I'm in. Have added 15kgs over the past two years so need to shift about 10 of that.

Giving this a go. As age creeps up weight seems to grow exponentially and gets tougher to shift.

Haven't really made an effort to loose weight in the past but noticed over the years that despite my watts going up my W/KG isn't going up...

What's the script - just add my details to that shared spreadsheet and weigh in every Friday?

Having not done this before, how does it work? Do we just weigh in once a week but left to our own devices the rest of the time with a bit of moral "you are not alone" support?

I'm in - none of my clothes fit anymore so I've taken to wearing tracksuits all the time.

Don't get me worng; I like rocking the gopnik look, but there are some social situations where it doesn't quite fit.

Looks like someone's sorted the spreadsheet incorrectly and ****ed things up a bit.

That's it. If you are new then insert a row in the spreadsheet and add you details, drag the formula down from the cells above.

I've stuck todays weight down and trying to get off to a flyer .... there's a lot to shift!

Thanks coconut for doing this again, much appreciated.

Hoping this will be another bit of encouragement.

Spent a long time around the 90kg mark and managed to get down to 72kg and had honestly never felt better.

A couple of job changes broke my routine and over the last 4 years weight has gradually piled back on.

Xmas weigh in saw me back to 84.4kg time to really try again.

Target this time 75kg. Will be keeping on with myfitnesspal. May need to reset some of the numbers/targets on there too.

Good luck all!

I'm in this year. Went from 86kg to 77kg a couple of years ago in the early 2021 lockdown and it was amazing. Weighed myself again this morning and I'm back up at 84kg which isn't ideal! Aiming to get back to at least 79kg this time.

I'm in again. In 2021 I lost 16 KG over 6 months, taking me to 88KG, but over the last 6 months I've put 8 back on.
I think my ideal weight is around 80KG ish (I'm 6'1") but for now a target of getting back to 88KG is on my mind.

Ah - as a first timer I'm not sure how this goes so a few pointers would be good...

1) weigh in on Friday I thought I got but this raises the question is there a specific time it needs to be in by or something, ie do I need to weigh in before I go to work or just at some (reasonably consistent) point on Friday?
2) I assume I just bang the updated number into the spreadsheet or do I need to do something else with it?
3) i assume I'm avoiding Full Fat Friday and replacing it with Full Fasted Friday but beyond that sort of thing and the above, am I supposed to be doing anything else?

I'm in; many thanks for doing this.
Definitely feel like I've gone beyond the 'festively plump' stage over Christmas. Clothes are feeling decidedly snug.

Joined the last two of these but both times life has got in the way and gave up at a heavier weight than I started.

New year new me and all that... determined to get myself back in shape this year. Using my 1 Jan weigh in as my starting point.

Yes I'm in.

10 years ago I was down at 175lbs.

I'm not going to say what I am now, but it's not good! Doubt I can achieve 175 at this age but a target of 190 has been set

Down 6lbs since the 1st of Jan. Off the booze for the foreseeable, exercise every day without fail with structure around my training, all crap cut out the diet

Thanks Coconut

I'm in again, and will likely have the fattest position - again.

The only thing stopping me doing this is me - this has to change.

Good luck all. 🙂

1.8KG lost already. Likely just water (there's always a quick drop to start with that soon levels off) but I'll take whatever I can get !
