So the day has arrived and I am going back out with my riding buddies to exorcise the demons in the local forest (the location in the story line that resulted in my forum name)
Gotta admit I am quite nervous :-/

Good luck, I know how you feel I am easing myself in after my first major injury and subsequent months off the bike. I'm still in pain but I can ride gently.
btw what did you do?

Back and still in the same number of pieces 😀
Fell off and broke a collar bone and several ribs. For various (boring) reasons it is taking ages to heal. The surgeon now wants to assess me again a year after the second surgery as I may need to go under the knife again 🙁btw what did you do?
