Whilst driving the Merak mobile, today ( I wasnt there) Mrs M rubbed another car whilst parking. Ours was worst affected the other party light surface scratches.
Mrs M exchanges details.
I offer to have the other parties car repaired, tbf I could polish the marks out myself 🙁 but they insist on insurance route. Fine, I've never been in this situation before what do I do?
Mrs M is a named driver on my policy. FC

Phone your insurance company, give them the details and they’ll guide you through the process.

Was hoping to avoid them! 40 odd years between us and never an incident! Cheers will ring them up.
