I,d have accepted a dance with her!Punching above me weight mind
No beers or offer of a dance for me. Just a run round the fields at 10pm.
Not exciting, but this challenge got me out, so all good
I spent a couple of hours on my paddle board. Not strenuous exercise but hopefully it counts.
Nothing strava based yesterday but 8 hours of walling followed by dragging the kids round Ulverston lantern procession will have to do.
Will get out on the road bike for an hour in a bit though
Day 3 - 2.54 km swim in 56:59. Slow, but will hopefully improve over the next 97 days.
Still taking it steady, but I’m starting to appreciate just how far there is to go to get to day 100 !
40 minutes of jogging up and down 8 flights of stairs. Around 4m 30sec a lap with 1 minute climb for 7 floors.
Day 3 completed another hill walk with the pooch, he's knackered now.
Day 3, skatepark was rained off. Indoor exercise via home workout app and some YouTube yoga.
Still aiming for bike ride tomorrow.
^+1
Another 4.3 miles up the local hill. Just shy of 2hrs.
Day 3 - 10 mile pootle including a lap of yesterday's CX course. Where I found a few stray bits of marker tape and an overlooked reel of the stuff.
Easy 34 min wahoo recovery ride. Better than nowt, got a proper bead on and HR was about 20bpm of where I'd expect it to be.
I'll take it but feel like a fraud.given the planned ride would have been so much better.

Ride yesterday after work around Tideswell, stroll today between DIY antics and heading up to the Lakes this evening.
Taking it easy today as I've got a big (for me) ride planned tomorrow.
So a walk into town and back to get some odds and sods. A little under an hour.
Now I need to go and sort my rear wheel out.
Zwift Academy Workout #1 done. Easing myself into the 100 days and a I've got a walk planned for tomorrow so that's enough.
Day 3, and 27km of trail running (and a fair bit of hiking) up the highest local mountain, Mt. Peñalara. All good fun, but tomorrow's definitely going to be an easy day 🙂

Lovely. I'm hoping for some hill views tomorrow too!
Nice group ride in the woods today, 3:25 moving time, lots of faffing, 1250m elevation and lots of laughter.
Did the Wild Boar charity ride in the FOD today, just under 32 miles and it cooked my legs by the end! Was good as always though (do it every year) but does mean an easy day tomorrow.
Day two was a extra long walk/run with my dog and tonight I’ve done a 35 min run. 3 days down just a few more to go 😉 Loving the extra motivation.
Is anyone doing a before-and-after weight-in on their poor dogs?
For me it's really upping the intensity to shed a stone before Xmas. Friday big bike ride then 7k dog walk. But travelled back to UK overnight so got a gym session today.
Would like to go out on the bike tomorrow but...
well today was the first without obvious exercise opportunity, so i jumped on the bike just before sunset to test a 30min emergency exercise loop, it came up a bit short, but ive an idea to extend.
planning a full day out tomorrow.
Today was a good day. Arrived in chamonix under perfect skies. Put running shoes on and just hit some amazing woodland paths. 6.5km and 500+ metres climbing in a bit over an hour (loads of photo stops). Not sure if I can do anything tomorrow so pushed it today.
Gentle dog walk tonight but the dog is only here for the weekend so it's a walk I wouldn't normally have done. Leg much better than it was last night so might try and get out for a decent ride on the gravel bike tomorrow.
Never got out on the bike but 4 hours walling and a weights work out whilst cooking the roast will do.
Took it easy today and did a YouTube workout. It was called,"Chair exercises for seniors with Sharon".I still ended up sweating.
Was that the exercises or Sharon,....Andrew?
Got off to a good start with three bikes rides on a long weekend planned befire the queen died and before I knew of this challenge.
Now lying in bed contemplating getting up, too tired to make best use of the bank holiday.
Went running with the dog this morning, not quite as continuous as I'd have liked as the damn animal saw a rabbit and shot off into the undergrowth which meant 5 minutes of standing around calling her 🙄
Anyway, she enjoyed it and is now by my side, dead to the world...
How's the rabbit?
How’s the rabbit?
Dead to the world?
No idea, both dog and rabbit disappeared... she didn't come back with anything so I'm guessing it got away.
Day 4. Bike ride to Darwen tower and home, usually around 7 mile round trip. Went up with the other half and my son.
Pic of my lads bike;
Day 4 - turbo session 20.06 km in 45:19, can’t wait until I’m able to get out on a bike, but at least this morning I kept the boredom at any watching the silencing on Netflix.
Day 4, another couple of hours on the hills walking the dog, he needs to lose weight anyway.
Have fallen off the wagon already. The weekend was a bust due to shitty weather and I just stayed indoors. At least I got four good commutes in at the end of last week.
Now I am starting to feel the onset of either sinusitis or a cold, so my desire to exercise tonight has been destroyed.
9 miles on the paddle board today. I was the only person on the river, it was bliss.
I did my first 3 sessions in a hotel gym while away. Back at home today so going out on a bike for today.
A good day

Just had a lovely, leisurely half hour swim in the sea. 🙂
30 minutes of stair climbing. More up n down rather than up, across, down, across, up.
C25k week 1 run 1 this morning, then a pleasant little walk with Mrs fazzini.

A nice but chilly ride up to the coast and a detour through Sandringham to see the flowers only the Police wouldn’t let me.
Almost 60 miles when I got home.
Yesterday’s extended dog walk and pub lunch was great as I needed a rest from turning pedals.
