Has anyone bought some wheels from Zuus and got them by the delivery date stated, which generally appears to be just over 1 month from order?
I'm now over 2 months after order and nothing has arrived and from facebook posts it appears people are waiting longer than me! Unless I chase up, (on a weekly basis atm), they also do not keep customers updated either.
They appear to have total disregard for Distance Selling Regs, so I would be wary if anyone is thinking of purchasing from them!!
They’re just getting parts in from the likes of Farsports (or whoever they use). Looks like a shipment got held up which would explain why several people are affected. That and they went to the same communication course as Sick
Ring them. They answered the phone to me instantly.
And were extremely fast when I mentioned a chip on the rim of a wheel I’d received. Asked me to send a photo (done while on the phone) and phoned me back sharpish to let me know they would be sending me a prepaid returns label by email, could I print it?
All done and dropped off by me at my local post office within 2 hours of the me spotting the chip and ringing.
