....and the pub. You can definitely see the pub.

Probably won't be out later. I'm working from home today so, as its such a lovely day, I'm going to head for a blat round Cragg Quarry shortly. This is actually, technically 'work' as I need to get some photographs of the view from Waughs Well for reference for an illustration 😀

I'll be sure to post some photos up, just to be really, really irritating

Good ride fellas and nice to see Mr Moore. It's been a while matey!

The wind was a bit "in your face" at times though. Pedalling to go down hill is always a novelty. Still not made it to The Pike though...

Congrats on your first vist to the Pike, Harry. How was the Isle of Man looking?

I did warn you it was very very blowy on the tops yesterday. The climb up to the turbines into that headwind was absolutely brutal. It felt like I was actually going backwards at times

Enjoyed that, despite the winds. Definitely get up to the Pike next time.

sorry i peeled off early, no way i'd have made it round the full loop, even without going up to the pike. i slogged it up to the pigeon tower via the hall/bottom of ICR/7 arch bridge and it was hard work so straight back down that cobbled chute that runs south from the top of the gardens to the back of rivi school. fun though, but i'm suffering breath-wise today!
