Hi all - bit of a cry for help!

Bump back to reality after picking up my insane bargain Zipp Hitop Carbon Wheels in the PSA/Chiggle/Bargains thread- They were XD config and I'm a Shimano man, not a problem one assumed as I''ll happily payย  a few quid extra for the conversion parts.

The parts are unavailable anywhere - lots of places list them but no stock - Sram/Zipp are quoting everyone 8 to 12 weeks minimum... sad face!

So - dont suppose anyone knows a little local shop, or someone in Europe/Abroad perhaps, who stocks lots of Zipp spares and perhaps is not coming up via google...

p/n I need is 11.2028.062.005 - END CAP SET REAR ZM900 HUB 12X148 MS

#7 (I have the freehub, just need the end caps)ZM900

ETA - the only stock I can actually see anywhere is at BIKE24 in Germany but they specifically will not ship to the UK...

A question before i dig a little further into the parts box..

You said the wheels came with XD, and #7 on the diagram is the end cap for a XD driver?

Do you mean #6? And if so, is it still the same part number?

Too add to this, just spoke to my contact at Sram and he said MS and XD use the same size end caps. So you should be good to go.

If that doesn't work, drop me a message and I can call him back and he'll go through his random box for you..

@jhpbk many thanks -

Yes, got my 6 and 7 mixed upย  I have everything required to use XD - so End cap 'kit' number 7.

just spoke to my contact at Sram and he said MS and XD use the same size end caps. So you should be good to go.

That doesnt match what I'm seeing unfortunately! Note that end cap 'kit' 6, includes the same non-driveside piece. The drive side piece, however, is different - as reflected in their 'end cap identification' chart here

and highlighted in yellow here:

(Drive Side on the left, NDS on the right in the table).

End caps

The outer diameter of the flange on the one I need (#151-060) mustย  be smaller, as the 'XD' version does not fit inside the threaded portion of the MicroSpline driver. The length may also be different, depending on where the outer bearing sits on a MS driver.

Help much appreciated - if it comes to it, I might get the existing Drive side end cap #151-080 turned down and see if it works. Not ideal though.

Ahh I fully understand, i will call him back but it would have to be tomorrow.

However, using the 151-060 code
Could you not buy this -ย  https://r2-bike.com/Zipp-End-Cap-Set-for-ZR1-Disc-Brake-rear-Hubs-12x142-mm-Thru-Axle-Campagnolo-N3W

I'm very aware its the wrong freehub and wheel spec. But the code is the same, and therefore they must use the same end caps
