I've just got YT Capra (Brand new) frame and when I was building it up I noticed how easily the top bearing of the headset goes into the frame. It also sticks up above the top of the headtube by about 1-2mm & the bearing can wobble around quite a lot in the frame.
I'm a bit concerned this isn't as it should be.
Can any YT owners confirm whether they have experienced anything similar?

Is the bearing upside down?
No its not, it's chamfered so only goes into the frame one way
Does it say on the box that it was built on Friday afternoon?
Id put it all together first with forks. Sitting proud isn't an issue often the top cover will fill the extra height with a seal. You may well find once it's nipped up its play free. Obviously depends on how much wobble there is on the bearing.
The wife's looked a bit like that, but once built up it's been fine with no problems.
