I'm thinking of going out for a ride round the Dales on the East side possibly round Bolton Abbey area. Is it still a snow fest and unrideable or much fun 😀 Also any route recommendations?

We were out yesterday and it was tough going around mastiles lane.
Weets top to winterburn Res. was fun if very slippy
But big thaw has set in so would expect. Slushy stuff with hard frost underneath
Could be hard going .

Had a hard time trying to ride in Littondale today - really wasn't worth it. Pity - love it round there normally.
Got to use the snowsocks, though!!! 🙂
