Wouldn't the HD160 be a better match up?

shouldnt it be a choice between sb66 and mojo HD?

ride both, buy whichever you prefer.

Or buy which ever you like the look of best.

Or the biased answer, buy the mojo HD, its ace.

They're a bit different those 3. What's it to do?

As others have said, surely you mean the Mojo HD?

If you mince, get the Mojo, if you ride quick, get the Yeti, if you want to be the cool kid in the carpark for the next few months, get the Bronson.

Heh. I didn't like the Mojo HD much, it felt like a 160mm bike trying very hard to be a 120mm bike. Couldn't see the point. But having seen some quick boys on them, they are not just for mincers, maybe I'm just too **** and dependant on massive slackness.

Unless you're utterly set on plastic fantastic the turner burner looks great, if you want the carbon go über exclusive and the rocky mountain altitude msl.

Buy the one which has the better ride reveiws, rather than the one that you think looks better. You're going to be riding it more than you looking at it Shirley?

From first hand experience Ibis has fantastic aftersales support. I've no experience of Yeti aftersales support. There are dedicated manufacturer forums on mtbr.com, have a look.

It will be a while before the Bronson gets some proper reviews, so you might struggle there.

The early Yeti reviews were a bit hit & miss, partly because they were specced badly. The later bikes with bigger forks & a more suitable spec nearly all say the same thing - it's one of the best bikes you can get.

The Ibis has fallen off the radar a bit, because it's due a refresh, haven't seen a review of one of them for a while. They arn't bad bikes, they are just starting to look a bit outdated now.

Eh? SL-R has only been out about 18 months, HD a year or so longer but has had various updates since then.

Still seems to be at the pointy end of racing, I don't think A-C has lost a race since she moved to Ibis a couple of years back. (mind, probably wouldnt be any different if she was on a shopper)

Yeah & ask any Ibis dealer just how well the SLR is selling for them...

Here's a clue, if you want one, be quick, you might not get a chance later in the year.

Whether a pro is winning on one isn't really relevant, it's there for publicity. As you said she could be on any manufacturers bike & still smoke the field, plus you don't even know if she is riding a stock bike.

As I said, it's not a bad bike!
