Where can I get some of these with out buying the XTR set?

Funnily enough I asked the same question about a week ago on here. You can buy them from Ultimate Pursuits but they cost £5 for a pack of 3 if I remember correctly.
Maybe cheaper just buying a new XTR gear set.
