I have lost the screw to attach to the mech hanger. What do I need/where
can i get it from?

Rosebikes do some of the shimano sub-component spare type stuff - dont know if they do exactly that bit though.

Any LBS with a Madison account (so thats pretty much all of them) can get shimano spares. Go in armed with your mechs model number and Robert's your mothers brother.
