In Oct - most likely on my own so need waymarking or self navigable routes.
Any advice or suggestions?
I am staying in Lescheraines, their tourist website shows only one local trail.
Have also posted soemthing in the Chat forum but no answer.

Just follow any GR, white and red marks on any rocks and trees. If there is a painted cross, this is the wrong way. Now you can do the Gaz de France descente, descente du col du chat, other side of the lake, or any rando loop around Leschraines. Autumn in the Alps is great for mtb.
