What gears (front and rear) are you running?

2 x 9 or 10 set up - use a medium
3 x 9 or 10 set up - use a medium or long if you're not smart with your gear selection (ie you insist on using big/big)

will get my ratios tomoz and post back, but thx for help guys.
Seems confusing at the mo but I am sure the mist will clear.. 💡
I know I am using 3 X 9 set up but not sure of front gears, think 21, 32, 44..and not sure about cassette....

No need to get the ratios. If you are using 3x9, just buy a long cage mech.

That's easy - X9 for SRAM shifters, XT for Shimano. Don't mix.
