[Closed] XT 12 speed whens it likely

anyone heard rumours on the trickle down to XT on the 12 speed, planning to get some new wheels, but is it worth holding off for a few months, likely summer 2019 or early next year? yes, i appreciate the rival is already avaiable for £300 on CRC ;0)

Sorry if this has already been covered - are shimano offering micro spline freehubs as replacements for their hubs, and if so how far back will they be compatible? (Mrs P is on non boost XT rear hub.
