bad news, also reading the article, also 69 pedestrians died too last year.

It makes me do sad to read about this sort of thing. The number of deaths have gone up dramatically since the clocks went back, I wonder if there's a connection.

That is shocking.
A friend said this morning thae'd been in Spain cycling & a new law required a minimum of 1.5 metres room given to cyclists when passing - sounds positive but I can't see that being squeezed into London's streets.
