Hi does anyone know where you can get replacement plastic inserts for the high/low adjustment screws on an X0 rear mech. I've got an old X9 mech but can I buggery get them out!
Any help is appreciated

A sram dealer will be able to get them but they're expensive, think I paid something stupid like £18. Plastic wall plugs trimmed down will do the job.

£18! That's menthol....might make a little more effort to get the old ones out of the spare mech.
