In all my years of biking I have never had to buy a seat post.
So here is my stupid question!
The one I want to replace says 26.0 but I cant find any apart from cheap ebay ones. Do other sizes fit, ie a 25.4 or a 27.8,how close o a fit does it have to be?
Oh, and if anyone can confirm the size of the post on a scott kokomo, fairly old one, that would be good.

You need to get the correct size. If the one in there is the correct size and it says 26.0 on it then that's what size you'll need to get.
