I've just bought the above to fit my Yeti which needs a 73mm bb but the cranks that has come doesn't say what width they are ie; 68/73mm or 83mm. Any ideas on how I check/what I measure? These are the ones i've bought http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=74774

Thanks peeps.

say's in description that it comes with a GXP83 bottom bracket. So its got a 83mm bottom bracket.

I think you have the right one, despite the description - the one below is the 93mm one.

Put the BB cups onto the sleeve and measure the distance between their inside edges - should be 75.5mm.

Honourablegeorge - that was exactly my thinking. Despite the description, there is no bb either!

I'm not sure you have bought the right ones. AFAIK the only difference between the X-0 DH & normal crankset is the DH is only available in 83mm BB. Other than that, there is no difference to the crank arms.

If you are running a 1x10 with a 68/73mm BB, you should have bought the X-0 3x10 setup (that's my understanding of it anyway).

I'm not sure now. Sram say otherwise - http://www.bikeradar.com/news/article/sram-x0-dh-downhill-groupset-first-look-30783/

Also, CRC have this listed> http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=74776

Wiggle do something similar in terms of listing. Anyone else agree i'm safe to assume that unless it says GXP 83mm, it's a 68/73mm width?
