I've just brought a brand new X-Fusion Streat and the rebound dampening doesn't seem to be working. Both fully fast and fully slow seem to give exactly the same rebound characteristics (IE: very fast!).
I've tried very iteration of pressure, lockout and rebound setting I can think of and cycled it loads to circulate the oil. Short of taking it apart I'm out of ideas. I think it might be a warranty claim unless anyone has any thoughts?
