I have a reoccurring problem with some X-Fusion Sweep forks in that the rebound / compression damper gradually disassembles itself and separates inside the fork lower.
Done it a couple of times and this time I will loctite it to hopefully stop it happening again. But, what I can't find out is how much and what weight oil should go into the damper?
Should it just be full to the brim? Tried different levels on the last two occasions and the compression damping hasn't given the full lockout that it is supposed to do.
Anyone got any suggestions?
Cheers

Email/call Upgrade?
Just found it on MTBR, 70ml apparently. No mention of oil weight, just says light, so I`ll assume 5wt as I've used before.

Bit late at night to call them. I need them working again for the morning.
Yep, 70ml, I used 7.5wt to stop em diving. Might work..
Seems OK with 5wt in the driveway bounce test. It was that or 15wt which I think would have been too much.
