I have a pair of Endura bibs that I don't like too much so thinking about replacing them and selling them on. Always been washed after use.
But would you buy secondhand cycling shorts?

I was in till I saw that you had washed them ๐Ÿ˜‰

I have bought some from off here.
They smelled of laundry powder.

However i also bought second hand reusable nappies [ not for self i might add]

Depends on the colour of the pad really, iff it's a light coloured pad with signs of use then probably not,iff the pad is black then ignorance is bliss I suppose.

I don't know.
It depends on whether you promise to post them to me and then ignore my emails before putting up for sale on Ebay.
Otherwise no.
