what's there? Work in London a lot and i'm thinking about nipping in on the way back up the M1.
some scary looking dirt jumps
on the eastern side there are some sandy bits of singletrack that are reasonably flat, on the western side some more up and down bits which can get a bit rooty.
definitely worth a play for an hour or 2 based on a couple of visits I've had there. Basically its a case of follow your nose, its not a huge area and you'll always come out on a road at some stage to re-orientate yourself
some nice downhilly bermy runs
To get the most out of it if xc/singletrack is your bag its probably worth hooking up with a local. There are numerous groups riding up there and a post on here will normally alert most of them.
There is at least a good couple of hours to be had.
