First nightride of the season involving breaking of ice.
Got home just before the hyperthermia set in. Yikes, its cold....

Anyone else out?

We've had the odd night and morning for weeks now, -4 in September. Bloody cold out there tonight too.

Love hard frosts.

Yeah it's only 18c here today. Freezing! We've had storms the past couple of days but summer's on it's way.

(In Western Australia btw)

Snow you say? Off for a sledge and walk with the kids later.

For a hundred metres or so either side of a flooded bit on the way to work this morning the road was black ice side to side. It was quite scary.

Yes, winter is here...

Are you trying to cause a blizzard tomorrow?

ChCh is fun. Steep hills and wicked trails. Went to Craigueburn and did the Edge, which was a little bit uncomfortable.

Glad the Gloworm is good - might be a while before I need night-riding lights though ๐Ÿ˜€

Job hunting sucks but there's some stuff around.

We've had the first rain for ages here and it has been proper chucking it down since yesterday afternoon! All around the city it has been falling as snow so I think this evening we'll be buried under the stuff too. The mountains down the road have had about 20cm of snow so far. Looks like the cyclo cross race this weekend is going to be fun. ๐Ÿ‘ฟ
